
Terms and Conditions for Guests

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of guests who book accommodations or experiences on Fidali (“the Platform”). By creating an account and making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Guest Obligations
2.1. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
2.2. Compliance with House Rules
You must adhere to the house rules specified by the host, including check-in/out times, noise policies, and any other restrictions.
2.3. Respect for Properties
You are responsible for treating the host’s property or experience with care. Damage caused during your stay may result in additional charges.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1. Booking Process
Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. The Platform will hold payments until the host’s payout.
3.2. Pricing
The price displayed at checkout includes all fees, taxes, and applicable service charges.
3.3. Payment Methods
Payments must be made using the Platform’s approved payment methods.
4. Cancellation Policy for Guests
4.1. Cancellation Window
Guests can cancel their bookings according to the cancellation policy chosen by the host:
Flexible: Full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
Moderate: Full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.
Firm: Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in or within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If canceled within 7-30 days, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in and within 48 hours of booking. If canceled within 14 days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. If canceled within 7-14 days, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
4.2. Exceptional Circumstances
Full refunds may be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or medical emergencies. The Platform will determine eligibility for such refunds on a case-by-case basis.
4.3. Host-Initiated Cancellations
If a host cancels a booking, guests are entitled to a full refund and support for rebooking at no additional cost.
5. Prohibited Activities
Discrimination against hosts or other guests.
Using the property for illegal activities or unauthorized gatherings.
Creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent bookings.
6. Reviews and Feedback
You may leave reviews and ratings for hosts. Reviews must be truthful and free from abusive or defamatory language.
7. Termination of Account
The Platform reserves the right to terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
General Clauses for Both Hosts and Guests
1. Liability Limitation:
The Platform is not liable for disputes between users, property damages, injuries, or legal claims arising from hosting or bookings.
2. Privacy Policy:
All users must adhere to the Platform’s Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data.
3. Dispute Resolution:
Disputes will be resolved through the Platform’s mediation process. Legal action can only be pursued in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates
4. Modifications to Terms:
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app notifications.
